Your enquiries

We use the information you enter — name, email, telephone, preferred callback time, date, guest numbers, location and message — to reply and prepare your event. Optional fields may be left blank. Enquiries are sent by email through Brevo to the people responsible for replying.

Newsletter

Registration is immediate after submitting the form and ticking the consent checkbox. We record your email, the website language, registration date and consent version. An internal notification informs the team of the new subscription. No email confirmation is required.

Newsletters are sent through Brevo. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future newsletters; necessary management records may be retained to respect that choice. You can also request deletion using the contact details above.

Website operation and protection

The Sites platform and Cloudflare provide hosting and technical services. Cloudflare Turnstile checks forms to limit abuse; technical information, including your IP address and browser characteristics, is processed for this check. The website’s rate limits store identifiers derived from the IP address rather than the raw address.

The administration console uses session cookies required for authentication. Technical email logs include the recipient, message type, date and delivery status. Application email and security logs are purged after 90 days during automatic maintenance operations.

Audience measurement and cookie choices

Where enabled on the public domain, Google Analytics loads only with your consent. It measures visits and pages viewed. The configuration does not send form contents or URL parameters in measured page addresses. Measurement is disabled on the staging version.

Your choice is stored for six months. You can change it using “Cookie preferences” in the footer when audience measurement is offered. Refusing does not prevent browsing the website or sending an enquiry.

Providers and processing abroad

Brevo processes emails; Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and protection; Google handles audience measurement only with consent. These services may involve processing outside Switzerland, including in the European Union and the United States. Provider information and documents describe their processing locations and transfer mechanisms: Brevo, Cloudflare, OpenAI / Sites and Google. Contact us for the information applicable to your own data.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are retained while they are followed up and, when a service is agreed, according to the requirements applicable to the business relationship. Subscription information is kept for newsletter management until unsubscribe or a deletion request, subject to records required to respect your objection and applicable retention obligations.

Swiss data protection law (FADP) applies. The GDPR may also apply where its territorial conditions are met. You can request access, correction, deletion or object to the use of your data within the limits of applicable law. You can contact the FDPIC.
